Slightly elongated center medallion places emphasis on the extraordinary measurements of this wonderfully large Persian Kerman. The long center medallion is wrapped with a partially covering “shadowed” floral medallion atop a rich ivory field. Absence of design creates symmetrical half-mooned motif toward either end of the field. Wonderfully scalloped inner frame complementing and accentuating the wonderfully decorative overall aesthetic. Extraordinary use of negative space in the absence of design. Beautifully intricate and complex use of color throughout. Highly defined, very large oversized palace Persian Kerman Oriental rug.
